Property Intelligence 2017 – SOLD OUT
We are now just over a week away from Property Intelligence, Oxfordshire’s number one property seminar. Finders Keepers began running these seminars to inform and educate our clients on the latest property news, trends and legislation and they are hugely popular with attendees – indeed, this year’s event has sold out a week early!
Since 2010 we have had a huge range of speakers at our annual seminar including Justin Urquhart-Stewart of Seven Investment Management, property analyst Kate Faulkner and property journalist Graham Norwood as well as representatives from Oxfordshire’s LEP, Chiltern Railways and the Property Ombudsman. Topics have covered finance, planning, housing research and, of course, tips on where to invest next. This year’s speakers promise to bring more knowledge and intelligence to our guests:
- Councillor Bob Price will discuss the future plans for Oxfordshire, looking at how we will build on our strong base of innovation and discussing projects in and around the city. As Leader of Oxford City Council and Chair of the Executive Board, Bob’s interests are as the portfolio holder for economic development and skills strategy.
- Ying Tan is back by popular demand, having spoken at our Mortgage Master Class earlier in the year. With the imminent changes to landlord tax relief, Ying will reflect on these and the options available to the future landlord. Ying – a landlord himself – is a director of The Buy To Let Business and has experienced both sides of the property market.
- Frank Webster will reflect on successful investments made over the last year by Inspired Investment, our search and acquisition service. He will also update attendees on where to invest in Oxfordshire and current opportunities – including an invitation to a unique opportunity. Frank is one of the industry’s most respected figures and has worked for Finders Keepers for an impressive 35 years.
We are looking forward to welcoming our attendees next week.

Attendee feedback from previous Property Intelligence seminars:
“It was a very useful event to attend and I was really interested to hear many of the debates surrounding property at this time, some of which I was not aware. Thank you for offering such an opportunity to your clients.”
“Thank you for the Property Intelligence Seminar last night, most interesting. The lines of thought coincided with the areas that we wanted to consider and so it was very helpful. To us managing property is not just the day to day getting the boiler serviced it is also about asking (on a regular basis) whether we are in the right place for that market, and of course, markets change. So being able to listen to intelligent views helps.”
“The presentations and discussion were very informative indeed and the event provides an excellent opportunity to talk to other landlords and to agents, advisors and to individuals from FK. I do hope you will hold the event next year.”
