95 Years of Experience Letting in Headington and East Oxford
We recently calculated that the East Oxford office of Finders Keepers has a combined 95 years of experience in Oxford letting. Whilst some of our team have been with us for between 1 and 3 years, others have been dealing with Oxford rental properties for more than a decade.
Our longest-serving member of staff has been working for Finders Keepers for 27 years. In the 80s, Carol was secretary to Mary Channer, based in the Headington office – a marathon typist and assistant to the Chairman’s needs. In the 90s property and letting admin were calling, and the new Millenium meant letting. She is still listening and matching – a mean letting machine!
Anna has been letting family properties to rent in East Oxford and the surrounding villages for Finders Keepers for more than 10 years.
When Gunilla started, the kitchen was the office of our building department, Bricks and Mortar, and the key cupboard was our kitchen – how we have grown!
Tonia joined the accounts department in 2001 and finds the role challenging & rewarding – no two weeks are the same!
Simon says that running the office all these years has been a joy, with great staff, some fabulous family houses, and some very interesting and different landlords. The office now manages more stock than at any time since opening. The shift back to family houses as the HMO regulations tighten is very exciting.
With our experience at letting and managing these types of family houses we would love to hear from you if you are considering letting your home. Call us on 01865 200012.
