Finders Keepers Commits to Raise £50,000 for Local Charities in its 50th Year
In our 50th year, we want to acknowledge the support we have received from the communities we operate in by giving back, and all of the money raised will be split between three local charities: Sobell House Hospice, Dementia Oxfordshire and Oxfordshire Mind. Our team of around 100 people all voted for the charities they wanted to support, and over the coming months they will bake, run, cycle, walk, quiz, kick footballs, host auctions and sing - all to raise money for these fantastic charities.
Emma Croft-Pearson, Associate Director, says: "I think the last couple of years have really made us realise how fortunate we are. When we did our 'FABruary' challenge for Oxfordshire Mind last year I was amazed at how our team members threw themselves into the task." she continued, "When the team met to discuss how to mark our 50th year, there was a clear feeling that we wanted to give back to the communities that we have been part of for the last 50 years. This is our bold goal for a big year!"
The Finders Keepers team is aiming to raise £50,000 through the Just Giving team (individual events are attached to this team): https://www.justgiving.com/team/FK50th
