Oxfordshire Mind

Charity of the Year 2025

Supporting our local community is an important part of who we are and gives our team the opportunity to make a meaningful difference together. Rather than selecting a charity from the top down, we shortlist local organisations based on opportunities to work together and then put the final decision to a team vote. This approach ensures genuine engagement and enthusiasm, and Oxfordshire Mind received overwhelming support across our offices.

Over the course of the year, our teams threw themselves into fundraising with energy, creativity and no small amount of bravery. Activities ranged from sponsored walks and runs to bake sales, while some team members went even further, taking on a sky dive!

Our Banbury team hosted a stall at The Banbury Show, creating fun and interactive games for the local community to enjoy while raising funds and awareness. We rounded off the year in style by sponsoring the Comedy Gala at Oxford Playhouse, a fantastic event that brought people together for an evening of laughter in support of mental health services.

All our offices took part, each taking responsibility for a month of fundraising, and we added an extra incentive by matching the office that raised the most. Thanks to this collective effort, we raised over £15,000, comfortably exceeding our original £10,000 target. These funds will help Oxfordshire Mind continue their essential work supporting mental wellbeing across the county, making a tangible difference to individuals, families and communities.

A huge thank you to every member of the Finders Keepers team who got involved, donated, organised events or cheered others on. Your commitment, teamwork and generosity made this year such a success!
