FK Woodstock Wins Gold

We’re delighted to announce that our Woodstock lettings team has been awarded Gold in the British Property Awards, recognising the quality of service and expertise provided by our team in the historic town.

Unlike many awards, the British Property Awards are not simply judged on entries or submissions. Instead, the winners are assessed through mystery shopping, meaning the actual experience of what it is like to deal with the agency is what is being judged.

Associate Director, Stacey Mole, says: “The feedback from the mystery shop was that our team impressed with their friendly, knowledgeable and helpful advice, both over the phone and by email. I am really proud of this, because it reflects our training and processes and the importance we place on customer service.”
