Finders Keepers Acquires Flowers Estate Agents

We are delighted to announce that we have acquired Flowers Estate Agents in Woodstock, bringing our total number of branches in Oxfordshire to nine.

Flowers Estate Agents was founded ten years ago by Simon Flowers, with a focus on providing every client with an individual and exceptionally high level of personal service, underwritten by unrivalled local knowledge. We felt a real correlation with our approach to personal, high-quality service and are confident that customers will continue to receive the same level of care and attention, whilst benefitting from our network across the county.

Lettings
The lettings team has joined the Finders Keepers network, and will continue to operate from the existing site in Woodstock. This will be overseen by Senior Office Manager, Stacey Mole, who currently manages our Witney office. Stacey has nearly two decades of property letting experience in the county and an excellent knowledge of West Oxfordshire. She says, “We have always wanted to have a presence in Woodstock. It’s a beautiful town which is going from strength to strength and offers a great opportunity for investors and is always popular with renters. We are looking forward to working with the team in Woodstock and providing the area with our expert letting and property management service.”

Sales
The sales side of the business will continue to operate as Flowers Estate Agents, with Simon Flowers continuing in a new consultancy role within Finders Keepers. Associate Director, Richard Massingham, oversees Finders Keepers' Inspired Sales & Aqcuisitions division, and will work collaboratively with Simon to continue growth in the county. Richard says, "This acquisition, and the extension of a sales division, completely cements our status as being Oxfordshire’s only true 360° property agent, and we look forward to the future."
