An Experienced Service for Successful Landlords
Since Finders Keepers was established in 1972, we have aimed to set the standard for letting agents in Oxfordshire. As letting specialists, over five decades we have innovated, made use of technology, learned from mistakes and nurtured our teams to continuously improve the service we offer to landlords and tenants.
Our local, conscientious team members are at the heart of our service. We have nearly 100 people working across eight offices whose continuous commitment brings our company values to life and enable us to realise our vision, and to offer the best service to clients.
Consistent Service
Our people have been part of the team for an average of 8.5 years, with 35% having been with the company for more than 10 years. This provides our customers and clients with consistent and experienced service. Letting isn't always straightforward, but over our 50 years we have experienced most situations, and continually learn from every tenancy.
Reliable Processes
Our processes have been tried and tested over the years. We now manage around 3,000 properties across the county from town centre studio apartments to large, rural family houses. Working with a variety of properties and landlords enables us to improve our processes to ensure properties are properly and efficiently managed.
Competent Staff
Our commitment to qualifying our people means that they can advise landlords and tenants with confidence. In turn, it means that tenants and landlords can feel secure that their property and tenancy are compliant with the 170 pieces of legislation that impact letting. At present, 97.5% of eligible staff are qualified to Level 3 in ARLA Propertymark's qualification, with some either holding or working towards the Level 4 qualification.
Connections in our community
We are aware of how lucky we are to work in such a fantastic county, full of great properties, friendly people, beautiful countryside and exciting towns. We love being part of the community and have always been keen to give back. We have worked closely with several local charities, raising around £70,000 in the last 10 years alone and have ambitious plans to fundraise thousands in our 50th year.
We have helped thousands of landlords and investors to find and maintain properties that deliver a steady and reliable income, and we've helped thousands of individuals and families to find a home. We measure our success by the positive feedback that we get from our tenants and the exceptionally high occupancy rates that we achieve for landlords.
