The Finders Keepers scheme is open to existing, previous and non-Finders Keepers clients.
For the referral to be valid, you must have permission from the person you are referring that Finders Keepers can contact them.
Referrals will only be eligible if the referred client/property has not already been in conversation with Finders Keepers via any other channel within the last 6 months.
There is only one reward for each property referred. Finders Keepers will notify the referrer if the referred property has previously been referred as, unfortunately, this would render the second referral invalid.
If a referred property is sent by multiple referrers, whichever referrer submitted the referral first will be deemed as the referrer.
Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if an existing client refers their own property.
The referral will be deemed successful, and the referral payment made, once the sale of the referred property has exchanged contracts and completed.
Once the referred property exchanges and completes, the referrer will receive a £250 voucher of their choosing (and at the discretion of Finders Keepers) per successful referral. None of our other products and services are eligible.
There is no limit to the number of properties a referrer can refer to the scheme.
The referrer may be named in communication between Finders Keepers and the referee.
The voucher will only be issued for valid referrals, once the referred property has completed. The voucher will be issued within 4-6 weeks of the referred property completing.
There is no cash alternative and Finders Keepers reserves the right to withdraw or alter the referral scheme, change the value of the voucher or replace the voucher with an alternative, subject to availability.
In the event of any disputes regarding any referred property, the decision of Finders Keepers is final.
In the event of a referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim must be raised for consideration to inspired@finderskeepers.co.uk within 90 days of completion of referred property. Any claims made after 90 days will not be eligible for a referral fee.
