We know how stressful it can be to move house: you've got a million things to remember to do at your old place before you leave, you've got to work out how to transport all your worldly possessions to your new place, you have to unpack everything and then settle in to how your new home 'works'.

What day does the bin go out?
Click on your local council's link below to be taken to the relevant page. You will then need to select your area or enter your postcode to find out the exact day of your rubbish collection

Does the phone work?
Whilst we will transfer the utilities in to your name as the new tenant, we cannot transfer the telephone lines as BT will not speak to us as the letting agent. If you would like to transfer an existing line to your name, contact BT directly
Can I get broadband?
Check broadband availability and services by entering the postcode of your property
Do I need to buy a TV licence?
If you have a television then you need to make sure you have a licence for it. If you had a licence at your old property, you can transfer it to your new one by providing TV Licensing with your TV Licence number and your new address.
Am I still in the catchment area of my doctor?
If you have moved outside the catchment area of your current surgery (or if you are totally new to this area) then you will need to register with a new surgery. You can find your nearest GP, hospital or dentist by entering your postcode
Can I park my car on-street?
Some areas have resident's permit parking bays. In order to find out more on the cost of a permit and how to get one, visit your local council's website
