|Thame and Oxfordshire County Show
Describing itself as "The Greatest One Day Agricultural Show in the Country", the Oxfordshire and Thame attracts up to 20,000 each year for a celebration of all things rural and animal. There are competitions for sheep and cattle, many dog classes, bands and shopping - lots of it. The Show normally takes place for one day in July.
During May and June each year, Oxfordshire artists and crafts people open their homes and studios to the public to share their art. There are around 400 stunning exhibitions throughout the county, some in larger public spaces, and entry is free to all of them.
