The River Thames Path is a well-signposted, long-distance footpath for walkers, which follows the River Thames for most of its length. The path passes peaceful water meadows, rich with wildlife, and many lovely villages. It is suitable for walkers of all abilities. | |

Wittenham Clumps is actually a set of small hills in the parish of Little Wittenham. They are mostly grassed, but wooded at the top, giving them their distinctive and prominent appearance. It is maintained as a nature reserve by the Northmoor Trust. | |
The White Horse of Uffington is thought to be the oldest hill figure in Britain. It is only part of the unique complex of ancient remains that are found at White Horse Hill and beyond, spreading out across the high chalk downland. |
