The Launch 2025

We will be launching our properties in phases this year:

  • 5+ bedroom properties: from 9am on Wednesday 19th November 2025

  • 3 & 4 bedroom properties: from 9am on Tuesday 25th November 2025

Please note that applications and requests for viewings are in person only on a first come first served basis at our Shared Letting office, 27 St Clements Street, Oxford, OX4 1AB. We are not accepting requests for viewings or applications before this date and our phone lines will not be active during the Launch period.

Before 19th November, we recommend you do the following

1. Decide who you want to live with and therefore how many rooms you will need and also consider your budget and preferred area of Oxford.

2. Each applicant needs to register before the launch. Click here to fill your details out now (hosted in Survey Monkey).

3. Nominate a 'lead tenant' - all tenants remain jointly and severally liable, but a lead tenant is required for administration purposes:

a. If you apply for one of our properties, the holding deposit will need to be made as one payment from a single nominated bank account.

b. When your tenancy commences, the rent will be collected via direct debit from one nominated bank account.

c. Again, this 'lead tenant' will be no more responsible for the property or paying the rent as your tenancy agreement means you are all joint and severally liable. Please see our guide to renting here for further details.

4. You will be able to preview available properties on our website and other property portals from w/c 3rd November. Please visit our property page by clicking here.
5. Our properties have full descriptions, photos, floor plans and EPCs available to view online. Many of our properties also have a video tour; we recommend you view the marketing material available online with your group and have a shortlist of 3 favourite properties before you visit the office on Launch date.

ONLY ENQUIRIES FOR RELEVANT PROPERTIES WILL BE RESPONDED TO.E.G. ANY ENQUIRIES RECEIVED FOR A 4 BEDROOM PROPERTY BEFORE 9AM ON 25th NOVEMBER WILL NOT RECEIVE A RESPONSE, NOR WILL THEY BE PRIORITISED OVER OTHER INDIVIDUALS ON 25th NOVEMBER.

On the day of The Launch

OUR DOORS WILL OPEN AT 9AM AND WE WILL ACCEPT APPLICATIONS AND REQUESTS FOR VIEWINGS ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVED BASIS. WE HAVE STAGGERED OUR PROPERTY LAUNCH TO PREVENT LONG WAIT TIMES AND WE DISCOURAGE QUEUEING AHEAD OF THE LAUNCH DATE.

Applying for a property:

1. A refundable holding deposit must be paid upon application - see our Guide to Renting for the circumstances under which the deposit may be retained. Please remember that the holding deposit must be paid in one sum from the lead tenant's bank account.

2. Each applicant must complete a declaration form (this will be emailed to you at the point of application, or you can complete a copy in the office).

3. Each applicant must supply the appropriate Right to Rent documents.

4. Each applicant will need to nominate a UK-based guarantor (usually a parent); the guarantor must give their consent by completing a form and return it to us within 48 hours.
