Strong demand for new build apartments in Summertown

We recently worked with a local developer to launch six newly built one-bedroom apartments on Stratfield Road in Summertown, bringing a collection of beautifully designed, high-quality rental homes to one of Oxford’s most sought-after neighbourhoods.

Leveraging our North Oxford lettings team's local presence and market knowledge, we implemented a targeted marketing strategy ahead of the apartments being completed. A prominent advertising campaign was displayed in our Summertown office window, we teased the launch via social media and created a dedicated online registration page to capture leads.

Demand was immediate. Prospective tenants were added to a priority waiting list, and through close co-ordination with the construction site manager, our lettings team efficiently arranged viewings, ensuring applicants could visit the apartments at the earliest opportunity.

The strength of the response was reflected in the letting times achieved: three apartments were secured off-market, while the remaining three apartments were let within the first few weeks of launch.

The tenants are a mix of professionals, academics and healthcare practitioners, many of whom were attracted by the development’s proximity to Oxford’s university hospitals, educational institutions and transport connections.
