Property Visits

Routine property visits by Finders Keepers will happen up to four times a year. Under the terms of the Tenancy Agreement, you should be given at least 24 hours’ notice and usually you will be notified at least a week in advance.

Do I need to be present?
This is an ideal opportunity to let your Property Manager know about anything that concerns you. However, you do not need to be present when the visit happens and can always leave a note in an obvious place in the house.

What is it for?
The visit is to make a quick check on the condition of the property inside and out, and to plan ahead for any major work such as external redecoration. We will always take pictures to illustrate any potential maintenance problems to the landlord. If the property is being kept in poor condition, we may need to discuss the situation with you and arrange another visit.
