A bespoke solution
Every client is unique and we offer flexibility so each landlord receives the service they require. We set out Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from the start within a signed Service Level Agreement and we can involve you as little or as much as you wish in the day to day management.
One point of contact
You will have one point of contact in Finders Keepers who you can depend on to manage your portfolio with skill and expertise. Close working relationships are the key to our success and we like to meet clients and arrange face-to-face catch-ups as regularly as needed.
A full 360° service
We are proud to be a letting agent with a twist. Alongside our market-leading letting and property management we also search for and acquire property for clients through our Inspired Investment team. We can also refurbish and upgrade properties through our Bricks & Mortar building department as well as furnish for the rental market via our Decorum Interiors department.

Detailed and thorough inspections are a key part of our service.
In an age of litigation, even the smallest of imperfections inside, or even outside, a rental property could be costly for any landlord - even more so if that landlord’s company reputation is at risk. Recent changes to health and safety procedures mean that regular, documented visits to a rental property not only reduce the chances of anything going wrong, but also cover clients for due diligence.
Our Property Managers on call 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. This does not go through to a call centre or a third party. The emergency call is picked up by one of our Property Managers who will take the necessary action or visit the property themselves.
