Our Portfolio Management service is tailored to meet larger landlords' needs.

We currently work with a number of university colleges, limited companies and residential investment clients. Our expert in-house team is based in our head office in Summertown, Oxford.

What you can expect from Finders Keepers Portfolio Management:

A bespoke solution
We offer flexibility to meet the specific requirements of our clients. We set out Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) from the start within a signed Service Level Agreement and we can involve you as little or as much as you wish in the day to day management.

One point of contact
You will have one point of contact in Finders Keepers who you can depend on to manage your portfolio with skill and expertise. Our dedicated team complete all appointments in-house to ensure they are best placed to provide professional advice on each property.

A full 360° service
We can offer services integral to our clients' needs including divisions for furnishing, project management and investment. We believe that it is important to cater for all requirements to protect our clients' assets, in turn maximising income.

Peace of mind
Detailed and thorough inspections are a key part of our service. It is imperative to maintain properties adequately particularly when legislation is ever changing. We are proactive and stay ahead of the curve to act before a legislation change is issued. We also provide expenditure projections based on property condition as this is important for our clients when assessing budgets, expenditure and income levels.

Our Property Managers are on call 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. This does not go through to a call centre or a third party. The emergency call is picked up by one of our own team members who will take the necessary action or visit the property themselves.
