TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Finders Keepers (registered company 00789476) shall make one donation of £1,000 to an eligible charity (as defined below) nominated by an individual who completes the nomination process via Instagram.
For the purpose of these Terms and Conditions, an “eligible charity” is any charity which:
(a) has been in existence for at least six months;
(b) is a registered charity;
(c) is locally based in Oxfordshire
How to nominate a charity
1. Follow @fkletting on Instagram.
2. Like the nominate a charity post pinned to the top of the @fkletting Instagram page.
3. Tag and/or mention a nominated local charity in the comments section of the post.
One nomination per Instagram account only. Multiple nominations made by the same Instagram account will not be valid.
The winner will be selected at random on Friday 14th February 2025 and notified within
72 hours by direct message on Instagram. We will contact the nominated charity directly to arrange payment.
Closing date for nominations
11:59pm on Thursday 13th February 2025. One nomination will be picked at random after this time to win the prize.
- Nominations received in connection with this promotion may be reviewed by Finders Keepers after they have been placed online to confirm they comply with these terms and conditions. If any such entries are or could reasonably be construed as contrary to these terms and conditions, we may remove the comments and tags. Finders Keepers reserves the right to delete or remove any comments or tags from @fkletting at any time without prior notice to entrants.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants are providing information to Finders Keepers and not to Instagram and release Instagram from all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.
