Under the skin of the letting market

Here we share news and views on both the local letting market in & around Oxfordshire and all planned and recent legislation.

Demand still stronger than supply

Keeping in touch with landlords of properties that went onto the sales market a few months ago has resulted in those properties recently being relisted to let again, due to “failed sales”.

The property above did not find buyers so we marketed it to let. We secured new tenants immediately, along with a 15% increase in rent on the previous tenancy!
