Under the skin of the letting market

Here we share news and views on both the local letting market in & around Oxfordshire and all planned and recent legislation.

Property Intelligence 2017 – SOLD OUT

We are now just over a week away from Property Intelligence, Oxfordshire’s number one property seminar. Finders Keepers began running these seminars to inform and educate our clients on the latest property news, trends and legislation and they are hugely popular with attendees – indeed, this year’s event has sold out a week early!

Local, personal service

A bad letting agent is not always measurable by the quality of the tenant they produce. Local, trustworthy property management

We believe in long term relationships, and in the importance of taking the time to get things right. Let on the first viewing

At Finders Keepers we can proudly say that we let many properties on the first viewing thanks to hard work and careful matching, because our letting team is not paid on commission. We understand that finding the right tenant works out better in the long run; fewer property management problems from tenants who were unhappy from the start and hopefully fewer tenancies for the landlord as happy tenants tend to stay longer.
