Charity Clay Target Shoot 2013
We are currently preparing for our our annual Charity Clay Target Shoot which will take place on Saturday 26th October. Last year we raised over £1000 for Air Ambulance and in 2011 we raised over £800. This year we will split the money between Air Ambulance and Maggie’s Cancer Centre, our charity of the year.
It will take place once again at Edgehill Shooting Ground near Banbury, which is a fantastic location, with a great team of experienced instructors. The day is open to people with all levels of experience, as we have two categories, the “Have A Go” category for beginners and the “Competition” category for intermediate or expert level.
The event will start from 11am and should finish at around 4pm, but you are free to drop in at any time during the day. Delicious food will be available to buy (thanks to Ros Herbert Catering) with all profits going to the two charities.
The cost is £20 per chosen category which includes 25 cartridges and targets. Safety equipment will be included. All you need to do is book your place, turn up and have a go! If you have your own gun and cartridges then the cost is reduced to £15 per round.
If you would like to attend please contact Paul Rushworth, the office manager of our Banbury branch: firstname.lastname@example.org
