Here we share news and views on both the local letting market in & around Oxfordshire and all planned and recent legislation.

Some great value property to rent in Oxfordshire

As nice as is it to be able to shout about the amazing properties we get on our books, we thought we’d blog about some of our nice properties which can sometimes be overshadowed by the glamorous and luxurious properties.

Our Banbury team are currently listing a lovely 3 bedroom property (photo above) in Adderbury, a small village less than 10 minutes’ drive from Banbury town centre. This 18th century cottage is on a side street next to the Manor House and has a lovely garden to the rear. At £900 pcm this is really great value property to rent near Banbury.

Our East Oxford office has a great property on their books: a 2 bedroom flat in Kennington at just £785 pcm. The apartment is due to be refurbished in October 2012 and will be available furnished or unfurnished. Less than 3 miles from Oxford city centre, this apartment offers a great deal!

We have a 3 bedroom terraced house to rent near Abingdon at £975 pcm which backs on to the village cricket pitch. Marcham is less than a 10 minute drive from Abingdon town centre, and around a 15 minute drive to Oxford city centre. There is also a village school, pub and shop, and Marcham is home to Denman College (owned and operated by the WI)! Contact our Abingdon team for more information.

Our Bicester office is currently listing a wonderful – and very large – one bedroom apartment in Godington at £750 pcm. The property has been completely renovated to a very high standard and for a fixed price of £100 it can include back ground heating, water, broadband and use of the tennis court. With views over open fields, and yet only a 15 minute drive to Bicester Village, this offers the best of both worlds at a reasonable price!
