Investing in Oxfordshire

Tenants are spoilt for choice right now! We have a great selection of village properties available to rent ranging from a 1 bedroom converted granary in Deddington at £595pcm to a substantial house in Chacombe at £3000pcm. As spring fast approaches, the demand for this type of property increases dramatically with the thought of village life, lazy weekends in the garden or a long walk in the countryside etc.

Right now, the demand for property in town is high and rents have risen sharply over the last six to nine months. Young professionals who can’t afford to buy are keen to rent good quality properties in Banbury close to work and local amenities.
