Terms and Conditions for the Finders Keepers Fortnum & Mason Hamper Prize Draw
- The Finders Keepers Fortnum & Mason The Autumnal Hamper Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is offered by Finders Keepers, a trading name of Countrywide Residential Lettings Limited (Registered Number 02995024, Registered Office Cumbria House, 16-20 Hockliffe Street, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 1GN. Countrywide Residential Lettings Limited is an agent and subsidiary of Countrywide Estate Agents, Registered in England Number 00789476, Registered Office: Cumbria House, 16-20 Hockliffe Street, Leighton Buzzard, Bedfordshire, LU7 1GN. (the “Promoter”).
- Entry into the Prize Draw shall open at 9am on 4th October 2025 (“Start Date”) and will close at 4pm on 5th October 2025 (“End Date”). Entries received outside of these dates will not be considered.
- Entry into the Prize Draw is open to eligible entrants only. An eligible entrant is one who is aged 18 years or over. Proof of age and identity may be required.
- The Prize Draw entry requires a £1 minimum donation to Oxfordshire Mind. This can be paid in person when you submit your entry via our card machine or via our Just Giving page (www.justgiving.com/campaign/fk2025).
- To enter the Prize Draw you must correctly guess each dog breed on our poster and pay a minimum £1 donation to Oxfordshire Mind between the Start Date and the End Date.
- The Promoter will launch the Prize Draw on the Start Date, setting out details of the Prize Draw and inviting people to enter.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, corrupted, late, or incomplete or have not been received due to any error beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control.
- All valid entries received in accordance with these Terms and Conditions will be entered into a draw whereby one winner will be drawn at random after 10am on 6th October 2025 (the “Draw Date”).
- There will be one Prize winner in total and the Prize cannot be transferred. The winner will receive The Autumnal Hamper from Fortnum & Mason (“Prize”).
- The winner of the Prize must provide us their postal address for delivery of the prize.

- The winner of the Prize Draw will be notified via phone or email on the Draw Date. The Promoter will then organise for the Prize to be posted to the address provided by the winner.
- You must provide your contact phone number and email when completing the entry form in order to be contacted in the event of winning.
- If the winner does not reply within 10 days of being notified by the Promoter (i.e. the 16th October 2025), then their Prize will be forfeited, and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.
- The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize for any reason, and no alternative will be offered.
- The Prize is non-transferable and is not exchangeable for cash (whether in part or whole) or any other prize or offer. The cash value of the Prize is £120.00. The Promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control make it necessary to do so.
- The Prize is supplied by Fortnum & Mason (the “Supplier”). If you encounter any problems with the enjoyment of the Prize, please contact the Supplier.
- This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Fortnum & Mason.
- The Promoter gives no guarantee or warranty regarding the Prize. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter, and its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or any other person or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up a Prize, except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the Prize Draw at any time without liability.
- The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname of the Prize winner to anyone who emails [email protected] or writes to 226 Banbury Road, Oxford, OX2 7BY (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the Draw Date. If you object to your name being published or made available, please contact [email protected]. In such circumstances, the Promoter is still required to provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
- The Promoter will process your contact details in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, which can be accessed at https://www.finders.co.uk/privacy-policy.
- By entering the Prize Draw you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize in the event of any fraud, dishonesty, breach of these Terms and Conditions or non-entitlement by you and may seek to recover the value of the Prize from you if the Prize has already been awarded.
- The Promoter’s decision on the Prize Draw shall be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
- In the event of a conflict or contradiction between these Terms and Conditions and any promotional material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
- These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales, but you may be able to apply the laws in your country of domicile if you live outside of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
