Closing date for entries:
11:59pm GMT on Thursday 24th September 2026. Five submissions will be picked at random after this time to each win a pair of tickets.
Claiming the prize:
Winners will be notified by an Instagram direct message from @fkproperty1972 within 48 hours of the closing date and advised on the ticket delivery method.
Terms & Conditions
1. This promotion is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over, excluding Finders Keepers employees.
2. Entries can be made via Instagram only. For the entry to be valid, entrants must:
- Follow @fkproperty1972 on Instagram
- Like and comment the hashtag #dogfest on the pinned DogFest post on the @fkproperty1972 Instagram page
3. The prize draw is limited to one entry per Instagram account.
4. Entrants may submit multiple comments from the same Instagram account; however, this will not equal multiple entries from the respective account. Only one entry per Instagram account will be counted.
5. The opening date for entries is 1pm GMT on 18/09/2026, and the closing date for receipt of entries is 11:59 pm GMT on 24/09/2026.
6. No applications from agents, third parties, organised groups or applications automatically generated by computer will be accepted. No incomplete or corrupted entries will be accepted. Entries will only be accepted if they comply with all entry instructions.
7. Comments must be suitable for display and publication online and must not contain defamatory statements or words that are offensive either generally or to individuals of a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, or socioeconomic group. It must not include threats to any person, place, business, or group, and it must not in any other way violate applicable laws and regulations or network standards.
8. Entries received in connection with this promotion may be reviewed by Finders Keepers after they have been placed online to confirm they comply with these terms and conditions. If any such entries are or could reasonably be construed as being unlawful or contrary to these terms and conditions, we may remove the comments. Finders Keepers reserves the right to delete or remove any comments from @fkproperty1972 at any time without prior notice to entrants.
9. By participating in this prize draw, you agree to release, discharge, and hold Finders Keepers and DogFest harmless from any and all injuries, liability, losses, and damages of any kind resulting from your participation.
10. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged, or delayed as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
11. All valid entries received on or before the closing date will be entered into a random number generator. The first five entries drawn at random will win the prize. In the event of any dispute, the decision of Finders Keepers is final. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Finders Keepers reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative of equal or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into.
12. The winner will be notified by an Instagram direct message from @fkproperty1972 within 48 hours of the closing date. The winner must claim their prize by responding to the direct message confirming their full name and email address within three calendar days of receiving the notification. If the prize is unclaimed after this time, it will lapse, and Finders Keepers reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with the promotion rules. No cash alternative will be offered.
13. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram. Entrants are providing information to Finders Keepers and not to Instagram. Entrants release Instagram from all claims and liabilities arising in respect of the promotion.
14. By entering the promotion, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented. The personal data will be processed in accordance with the Data Controller’s Privacy Policy, which is available at https://www.finders.co.uk/privacy-policy/.
