Earn £250 for referring a landlord or vendor to Finders Keepers

We value all of our contractors for the excellent work they do for us year in, year out, which enables us to provide a great service. This helps us because customers are more willing to recommend fantastic service providers to their friends.

Over the years our suppliers have recommended many clients to us, for which we are very grateful. To recognise this, we have introduced a referral scheme to all of our suppliers. If you refer a landlord to us, we will pay you £250 upon the start of a tenancy at their property. Similarly, if you refer a vendor to us, we will pay you £250 upon completion of the sale of their property.

The process is simple:

Complete the form below, or let your Finders Keepers contact know the name of the client you are referring.
If the client is being referred to another Finders Keepers office than the one you work with, that is still valid - just let your FK contact know which office.
Let the client know to mention that you referred them.
If we are instructed on and then let/sell the property, we will let you know.
Once the tenancy begins or the sale is completed, you will be asked to invoice Finders Keepers for a referral fee of £250 (net).

Terms and conditions

- The incentive for this scheme is £250 paid by BACS.
- To receive payment you must invoice Finders Keepers for £250 (net), using the reference “FK Referral Scheme”.
- To make a valid referral, you must complete a web form/let your FK contact know.
- Only referrals submitted this way will qualify.
- Referral payments will be issued once the referred landlord’s property is let and a tenancy has started or the sale of the vendor's property has completed.
- The referral will only be eligible if the referred landlord or vendor is not already in conversation with Finders Keepers via another channel.
- There is only one reward for each landlord or vendor referred.
- If the referred landlord or vendor or is submitted by multiple referrers, whichever referrer submitted the form first will be deemed as the referrer.
- Referrals will be deemed as ineligible if the landlord or vendor that is referred is an existing FK client.
- There is no limit to the number of landlords or vendors a referrer can refer in this scheme.
- The referrer may be named in communication between FK and the referred landlord/vendor.
- Referral payments will be issued within 90 days of receiving the invoice.
- All payments are discretionary.
- FK reserves the right to change payment terms in the future.
- The Contractor Referral Scheme is available to existing FK contractors only.
- In the event of a referrer not receiving a referral fee, a claim can be raised for consideration to [email protected] within 60 days of the referral form submission
