The Portfolio team was contacted by an existing client who was in the process of converting an historic building in the heart of Oxford city centre. Expanding on their current portfolio, our client was keen to use our services based on our trusted relationship.

The team completed several site meetings following up with a detailed marketing strategy before the official market launch. All apartments were let successfully to high calibre tenants weeks before the available date, exceeding our client's expectations in both efficiency and rental return. Initial off-plan rental valuations were exceeded by over 10%.

The city centre apartments are testament of the team's knowledge, dynamism and attention to detail from initial strategy to management and every step in between. The successful completion of apartments was followed by instruction on a further six apartments and seven rooms. All six apartments were let within three weeks of marketing - again meeting or exceeding the proposed rent levels.
