Vicky Loveland, Tenancy Co-ordinator "Before working at Finders Keepers, I worked at an events agency designing and managing corporate events for just over 9 years. The time had come at the end of 2016 for a new challenge in life. Friends mine who were working there, suggested a job opening for a Tenancy Co-ordinator position at Finders Keepers. I knew how much they enjoyed working at the company, so I sent in my CV to Maryse the HR Director and was invited in for an interview. I was offered the job even though I had no previous experience in property. However, because of my years of experience in events, I had various transferable skills such as being used to liaising with clients, organisation skills and meeting deadlines " all proven to be very handy in this role. I started in March 2017, which was one of the busiest times for tenancy renewals and I hit the ground running. It's been an eye-opener into the world of property and incredibly interesting. No two days are ever the same, there is a real sense of team work here and I thoroughly enjoy my role and working for Finders Keepers." |

Aimee Withinshaw, Senior Property Manager "I joined Finders Keepers in June 2019 as a summer Property Assistant in our North Oxford team before moving into a role in our Shared Letting team two months later as Portfolio Manager, working across lettings and property management. Since then I have re-joined our North Oxford team and have been promoted to Senior Property Manager. My role is exciting and diverse and no day is the same. My tasks are interesting and varied, from inspecting a portfolio of properties, to arranging kitchen and bathroom upgrades alongside our Bricks & Mortar team. The thing I love most about my role is helping people, both clients and tenants, in looking after their property and ensuring all properties are maintained to a high standard." |

Josh Bennett, Property Manager "Working as a Property Manager for Finders Keepers is a very fulfilling role. Dealing with incoming enquiries from landlords, tenants and contractors means every day can be different, and being able to rectify any issues quickly and efficiently is very satisfying.
