We worked with the developer to advertise the launch of this fantastic unit, helping them to secure great tenants. Our proactive approach to promoting the launch (both to the public and to our database of contacts) across our network of offices resulted in multiple units being let on the first weekend.

A development of 7 apartments, all with allocated parking and EV charging. This scheme was purchased off-plan 18 months prior to completion. The properties never hit the open market. The client also was able to have some influence in unit sizes, specification and finish. The prices of the individual apartments had increased in the 18 months from the agreed sale and completion. The investor also has the added benefit of owning the freehold of the properties.

We were involved in the consultation stage of planning, working closely with the client, and also furnished the whole development. Every apartment has an allocated parking space – something which is highly valued in the city centre and we are now looking at installing electric car chargers to future proof the development.

A valued client of ours was completely redeveloping 6 luxury apartments within an historic building in Oxford city centre. All apartments were recently modernised, but kept some period features – high ceilings and original windows were particular highlights. We were involved from an early stage and completed all snagging at the end of the project. All apartments were let long before the project completed, and we achieved rents in excess of what was originally quoted.
