Gold! Best Estate Agent Guide Award for Lettings in 2025

We are pleased to have been recognised as a GOLD award winner for lettings for the second year in a row.

On 5^th November Mark Cairns, Director and Emma Croft-Pearson, Associate Director, attended the EA Masters event at Evolution London. They enjoyed a morning of varied presentations and exploring the Innovation Hall before the afternoon awards ceremony where they were presented with our certificate by television's Jason Fox (see photo).

Each year the Best Estate Agent Guide (BEAG) conducts an industry-wide assessment of thousands of estate and letting agents in the country. The agencies are evaluated on their property marketing, customer service and factors such as how quickly they let property. The best agents are then listed in The Best Estate Agent Guide, which is a website aimed at helping landlords and vendors choose an agent when letting or selling their property.
