The British Property Lettings Award
Finders Keepers is pleased to have recently been awarded The British Property Lettings Award for Abingdon
Choosing which letting agent to work with can seem like a daunting task. Landlords have such a choice of letting agents - including estate agents who do letting on the side and even online agents. Decisions are often made based purely on the valuation price or the fee, however those two measures don't tell you much about the service you will receive from the people looking after your asset (although it's worth stating that the fee will often reflect the level of service you receive).
The British Property Awards aims to help consumers to choose an agency based on the service level offered. The Finders Keepers team in Abingdon was mystery shopped by The British Property Awards, and after being judged on over 25 customer service based criteria over a number of weeks, it was decided that Finders Keepers Abingdon was the GOLD WINNER.
Office Manager Henry Brown says, "We were bowled over to win this award. So many award schemes require you to pay to submit an entry, whereas the British Property Awards mystery shop all agents that meet their criteria. I'm proud that the team demonstrated their expertise and great service when they were being mystery shopped. It has obviously been a challenging couple of years, so to have won this award now highlights the consistency of our service."
Starting out in 1972 as a letting specialist, 2022 marks the company's 50th anniversary. Henry continues, "This is shaping up to be a really exciting year for Finders Keepers in Abingdon. Not only is it the company's 50th anniversary, but two of us will celebrate 10 years with Finders Keepers, and now we have been awarded this fantastic accolade!"

About The Awards
THE BRITISH PROPERTY AWARDS are one of the most inclusive estate agency awards providers as they do not charge to enter. This has enabled their award to be structured in a manner that ensures maximum participation, on average judging over 90% of agents that meet their minimum criteria on a local level. The team personally mystery shops every estate agent against a set of 25 criteria to obtain a balanced overview of their customer service levels. The judging criteria is both comprehensive and detailed exploring different mediums, scenarios and time periods to ensure that agents have been rigorously and fairly judged.
Robert McLean from The British Property Awards said "Our awards have been specifically designed to be attainable to all agents, removing common barriers to entry, such as cost, to ensure that we have the most inclusive awards. Our awards have also been designed to remove any opportunity for bias or manipulation. If an agent has been attributed with one of our awards, it is simply down to the fantastic customer service levels that they have demonstrated across a prolonged period of time. Winning agents should be proud that their customer service levels provide a benchmark for their local, regional and national competition."
