You’ve found your next home – congratulations.

1. Fill out the TRACC form: download it here and email / post it to us asap.

2. Pay the TRACC fee by debit card below or via your letting contact in our offices. Find our office numbers here.

To avoid disappointment, make sure you have written confirmation (email is OK) from us that the let has been agreed by all parties.

3. We then take your new home off the market

4. The pre-tenancy stage kicks off and then you move in - great!
