However, the quality of your stay depends on more than the Big 3 Factors (price, location, property): if your shower breaks and your agent takes a week to fix it, you won’t be very happy.
So another factor creates the Big 4: service.
The Tenant’s Charter: A Service Pledge
The five pledges are grounded in 30+ years of experience. We know that tenants want help moving in, problems solving efficiently by accessible staff, and someone to call 24/7 if trouble strikes. We also know that deposits and time are precious in their own ways.
We strive to make your stay enjoyable and the proof is in the pudding: many of our landlords used to be our tenants.
