If you have found a property and agreed terms with one of our letting staff, the process is straightforward:
- Fill out a TRACC form and pay the fee. TRACC stands for Tenancy Agreement, References, Application, Check-In and Check-Out
- Once we have both we will take your prospective home off the market
- The TRACC form contains details of what happens next in terms of checking references and your deposit
