As a reminder:

  • One of our letting team must have agreed your application
  • You will need to supply relevant information ('share code' and a scanned visa/residency permit) to comply with Right to Rent checks under the Immigration Act 2014
  • Unless otherwise agreed 100% of the rent needs to be collected from 1 bank account. You will need to download the direct debit form which will be made available to you after you submit your form
  • Your application is subject to the Landlord's approval, references and contract
