Stage 1: Finishing Your Application

Please note that your application is not complete until we have the following documents. If we do not receive them within 24 hours, we reserve the right to re-list the property.

1. A signed Direct Debit Mandate - This must be printed, filled out and returned to Finders Keepers - banks will not accept a scanned document, only the original.

2. Photo ID and Address ID - These can be scanned and emailed to your letting contact

3. Right to Rent documentation - If you do not hold a British or Irish passport, we will also need to see evidence of your UK immigration status (Share Code or relevant Visa)

Stage 2: References, First Account, Tenancy Agreement

1. Complete the online third party reference form. We cannot issue the tenancy agreement until we have satisfactory references. A link will be sent to you via email from our third party referencing company.
2. Read and digitally sign the Tenancy Agreement. All tenants must read and digitally sign each page.
3. Pay the First Account. You will be provided with a First Account invoice, which is made up of your first month's rent and security deposit*, less the holding deposit you have paid to reserve the property. If your tenancy starts mid-month your First Account will include the next month’s rent, as the Direct Debit takes one month to set up. We must receive the funds 10 working days ahead of your tenancy start.
4. Arrange a time to pick up your keys. Keys can be collected after 12pm on the day your tenancy starts (Monday to Friday, on Saturdays key collection is morning only). You will also receive the Your Home pack, which include inventory, check-in details, and useful notes about your tenancy.

*5 weeks’ rent, or 6 weeks for tenancies with an annual rent of £50,000 or more
