| 1992 | Headington office moves to St. Clements. |
| 1993 | Awarded 'Investor in People' status - the first property company in the country. |
| 1994 | Fifth office - Witney National Winner - UCB/NAEA 'Best National Letting and Management Office 1994.' |

| 2000 | Head Office moves to 226 Banbury Road |
| 2001 | Seventh office opened in Park End Street, Central Oxford to serve the centre and west of Oxford. |
