Mary Channer
Chairman and founder of the Company in 1972, having worked in the Oxford property market since 1968.
A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents for over twenty five years.
Mary oversees Decorum Interiors, our specialist furnishing division, together with the Banbury and East Oxford offices.
Frank Webster
Formerly an Oxford based estate agent, Frank joined Finders Keepers in 1985. Appointed a Director in 1995, he also gained the Certificate in Residential Lettings and Management (C.R.L.M.) in 1997.
A Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents since 1987, Frank manages our North Oxford Office as well as overseeing the Central Oxford office and advising property investors.
Associate Director
Simon Tyrrell
Simon joined Finders Keepers in December 1998 having previously worked in both estate agency and property letting in London. Initially working in the North Oxford office, he moved to our East Oxford office in 2000 which he continues to develop.
He has been a major contributor to the concept of FK Student Letting; researching the market, drawing up a business plan, over-seeing the refurbishment of the office, designing and producing literature and marketing initiatives, culminating in the official launch in January 2004.
Simon manages our East Oxford office and closely oversees FK Student Letting.
Non-Executive Director
Philip Channer
A non-executive director since 1972.
After ten years in consumer goods marketing and twenty years in management consulting Philip now supports Finders Keepers management training and initiatives to improve our effectiveness.
He continues to work as a consultant and coach, while researching leadership at Roehampton University.
