How we recruit:
- For entry level roles, the most important criteria are attitude, personality, intelligence and a desire to engage with customers
- For all other roles, these criteria remain true but we add in 'expertise'. We are letting specialists and we expect all applicants to have robust expertise relevant to letting and management
- Once aboard, we offer a generous salary, proper training and opportunities for progression. In return you must be flexible enough to work in any of our offices and committed to offering fantastic service
